Amazing company. Initially was for a damp/condensation job. Chris talked me through everything that was going to happen at the start with a really good quote. Noticed that work needed doing to the roof. Chris helped me with advice because I was going with a different company but the work that was done with the damp and the fact Chris gave me more info then the other company I decided to ask Chris to do the job. This company goes above and beyond of what you need. The lads working on both jobs were brilliant. Very clean and tidy , no mess after. They gave information and advice throughout and will be using this company again. Thanks for everything you have done so far.

Job For: Rising Damp In Lounge
Chris is very knowledgeable. He came out to look at job and told us the problem was being caused by condensation. We were given a mutually convenient start date and kept up to date at all times. We had no kitchen or bathroom ventilation so had vents fitted to both rooms. Also had a PIVunit installed in the loft. The boys were polite and hardworking. Cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed would definitely recommend. A very professional job

Job For: Water ingress in new small workshop in garden
Chris, the Director of this Company, visited us at the outset, & inspected the new garage which was allowing rainwater to enter around the base of the building. He explained what the problem was, & how this could be resolved. He explained fully the procedure involved, & was certainly very knowledgeable.
We gave the go ahead for the work to be carried out, & his team soon arrived, & quickly rectified the problem.
We are delighted with the work done, & as the blockwork is now rendered, not only is the building dry, but it also looks amazing.
We would strongly recommend this Company for building work, & we shall certainly use them again for future property work on the house.

Job For: Urgent damp proofing for end of terrace house
Chris and his team undertook this job in September 2021. It was a difficult time as we were still very much in the shadow of COVID 19 and I was away from the property. Nevertheless, the work was completed to a very high standard in a relatively short time despite issues like fuel shortages and inclement weather condition. Chris kept me informed at all stages, sending photos and liaising with my daughter to expedite progress. All aspects were fully explained and rationale given for all steps involved. Our property is old ( built in the 1920s ) and had damp issues on the exposed, end of terrace wall. The improvement is dramatic… the house is now ‘breathing’ and feels so much better. No more problems with damp. Three fans were installed and old insulation was removed from cavity wall. The house was also re-painted with minimal mess. Chris is always available on WhatsApp and delivers on what he promises. Payment schedule is transparent from the outset and there are no hidden costs.
Based on my experience I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

What can I say. Totally professional, knowledgeable, helpful, full of advice and supportive.
A wonderful experience from start to finish, there were lots of issues but Chris dealt with them and was reassuring and helpful. Extra work was needed and done within the job.
The whole team were lovely and the standard of work second to none, they even have their own equipment to clean up after themselves.
Highly recommend and are using them again for another job I want done. Cannot praise the company enough, communication, standard of work and an unexpected present on completion of works and payment. Use them you wont be sorry....I would like to go on but cannot find the words to say how indescribable pleased I am with the whole experience.

After a few problems with appointments I found the team excellent. Friendly but professional. My problems with damp were solved and the work carried out was efficient. The team laid down sheets where they worked and so the house stayed clean.
They explained everything that they did and why. They decorated for me getting a great paint match. Really pleased.
